HOW CAN I CHECK MY BOOKING’S STATUS ?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TRAIN OR FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
To guarantee a shared transfer for all our clients, the times given at the time of booking must be respected. Should you not keep to those time no refund will be given!!
the driver of Easy pickup will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
After 60 minutes of waiting, upon notice from the client and acceptance of him, will be applied a supplement of 40,00 € for each hour or fraction of hour if the client has booked a car or a minivan up to 8 passengers and 70,00 € for each hour or fraction of hour if the client has booked a vehicle from 9 up to 19 passengers, payable in cash (€uros) directly to the driver before the start of the service. If the client does not communicate the delay of more than 60 minutes or refuses to pay the price for the wait, the driver will be free and the client will have missed the transfer. Nothing will be refunded to the client.
HOW WILL I FIND MY DRIVER ?
NAPLES AIROPORT : Your driver will be waiting for you as you exit customs control, after bagggage reclaim, with "EASYPICKUP.IT” sign.
NAPLES CENTRAL TRAIN STATION : Your driver will be waiting for you in the car park in the direction of Corso Lucci, closer the bar "GRAN BAR D'AGO" with "EASYPICKUP.IT" sign.
AMALFI COAST : You will find your driver at the pre-arranged meeting point.
NAPLES CITY : Your driver will be waiting for you in the car park of central train station in the direction of Corso Lucci, closer the bar "GRAN BAR D'AGO" with "EASYPICKUP.IT" sign.
PRIVATE TRANSFER (door to door)
NAPLES AIROPORT : Your driver will be waiting for you as you exit customs control, after baggage reclaim, with your name sign.
NAPLES CENTRAL TRAIN STATION : Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of the train station, at the beginning of the track , when your train arrives, holding up a sign stating your name
HOTEL : Your driver will wait for you in the hall of your hotel.
Please note: some small hotels do not have parking space outside, in this case where possible we ask you to be punctual and to wait by the entrance, in this way your driver can stop for a few seconds.
PRIVATE APARTMENTS OR VILLAS : Please wait for your driver on the main road.

WHAT IF I LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND IN THE VEHICLE?

DO CHILDREN PAY THE FULL PRICE?
Yes. This is to guarantee their safety, and the safety of other passengers, by reserving a seat for every passenger.

CAN I ASK THE DRIVER TO MAKE STOPS ALONG THE WAY( for shopping,places of interest etc)?

WHAT IS A PRIVATE TRANFER?
The client books a door to door transfer service. The vehicle utilized is at the complete disposal of the client for the booked service.
The driver will take clients from their pick-up point to the requested drop-off point.
CAN I BOOK LAST MINUTE?
Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the date of your transfer through our online booking system.
For bookings after this time limit, we can check availability via email email@example.com
Bookings can be made until few minutes before your transfer through our online booking system or under request by phone - Whatsapp - Email (if it's available).
WHAT IS A SHARED TRANFER?
A shared transfer is a cheaper alternative to other means of trasferring you from a point of arrival in this area to your destination. Passengers are aware that they will be sharing the journey with other clients, and there may be more than one destination and that there may be stops en route to drop off or pick up other passengers. Departure times may vary by up to one hour ( EARLIER OR LATER) with respect to the time requested at the time of booking.
WHAT KIND OF TRANSPORT IS USUALLY USED ?
Easypickup.it uses high quality and comfort vehicles, mainly Mercedes-Benz and Fiat.
